For Community Hearing Center co-owner and front-office administrator Tyler Bogue, independence plays a big role in the joy he feels at work — whether seeing the sense of independence patients feel with improved hearing, or being able to operate an independent audiology practice with his wife and business partner, Dr. Kelli Bogue. “We are able to make our own decisions,” shares Tyler, “on how best to serve our community and patients.”
A 2014 summa cum laude graduate of Monroe County Community College, Tyler uses his longtime experience in customer care and information technology, to help provide the highest level of service to everyone who walks through the business’s doors. What does he love most about his career? Having the whole family at work every day — including the couple’s daughter, Dylan, and their dog, Belle — and witnessing the sheer excitement patients feel when hearing the things they love again.
